Pneumatic Hot Stamping & Heat Transfer Presses

The Hastings P Series consists of pneumatic presses designed for hot stamping and heat transfer applications requiring reliable performance, flexible configuration, and efficient operation.

These systems utilize multi-stage pneumatic cylinders to generate stamping force using standard shop air, eliminating the need for complex mechanical linkages while maintaining consistent pressure and repeatable results.

P Series presses are well suited for a wide range of industrial marking and decorating applications and can be configured as standalone systems or integrated into automated production environments.

Available in Hot Stamping and Heat Transfer Configurations

All P Series presses are available in both:

  • Hot Stamping (RL) – Foil-based marking for durable, single-color or metallic finishes
  • Heat Transfer (HT) – Multicolor image transfer using precision indexing and registration

Important:
Heat transfer machines can also perform hot stamping.
Hot stamping-only machines cannot be used for heat transfer.

This flexibility allows each P Series platform to be configured based on application requirements without changing the core machine.
