Configurable System Designs


Hastings designs multi-head systems based on application requirements. Common configurations include:

  • 2 through 8 head systems

Each head can be independently controlled, allowing for precise adjustment of:

This ensures consistent results even when part geometry or material conditions vary.

Available in Heat Transfer and Hot Stamping


Multi-head systems are available in both:

  • Hot Stamping (RL) – Foil-based marking for durable finishes
  • Heat Transfer (HT) – Multicolor image transfer with precise registration

Important:
Heat transfer systems can also perform hot stamping.
Hot stamping-only systems cannot perform heat transfer.
