Hydraulic Hot Stamping & Heat Transfer Presses

The Hastings H Series consists of full hydraulic presses designed for hot stamping and heat transfer applications requiring maximum tonnage, precise pressure control, and consistent force throughout the entire stroke.

These systems are engineered for large-format applications, rigid materials, and production environments where uniform pressure and repeatability are critical to achieving high-quality results.

Available in Hot Stamping and Heat Transfer Configurations

All H Series presses are available in both:

  • Hot Stamping (RL) – Foil-based marking for durable, high-pressure, and metallic finishes
  • Heat Transfer (HT) – Multicolor image transfer using precision indexing and registration

Important:
Heat transfer machines can also perform hot stamping.
Hot stamping-only machines cannot be used for heat transfer.

This flexibility allows each hydraulic platform to be configured based on application requirements without changing the core machine.
