We guarantee the workmanship of our machines for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment, subject to the terms outlined below.

Full Warranty Details

1. Limited Warranty

Hastings Manufacturing, LLC (“Hastings”) warrants to the original purchaser that the equipment manufactured by Hastings will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment.

This warranty is valid provided that all payment obligations have been satisfied in full.

2. Warranty Disclaimer

The limited warranty described above is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which are expressly excluded and disclaimed.

Components manufactured by third parties and integrated into Hastings equipment are covered for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment.

3. Exclusive Remedy and Limitation of Liability

The sole obligation of Hastings under this warranty, and the exclusive remedy available to the original purchaser for breach of this warranty, shall be limited, at Hastings’ discretion, to the repair or replacement of equipment determined to be defective in material or workmanship. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Hastings’ total liability for any and all claims, losses, or damages arising from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, shall be strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective equipment as described above.

In no event shall Hastings be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

The exclusive remedy provided herein shall not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Hastings is willing and able to repair or replace defective equipment in accordance with this warranty.
